You saw a a different name and you still went ahead to confirm? I stated categorically in that tutorial that "After entering your ID, it will bring up your name. If it brings up another name, that means you have entered the wrong ID so cancel it and do it again."

Why I went ahead to pay was because the bank atm I used for the payment did not even bring out any name in the first place. It was after a while I noticed I have not been credited that I decided to use a different ATM machine and discovered this machine shoewd me a differnt name.
