Darksiders Genesis top reasons it's fantastic

Darksiders Genesis makes no bones about it being designed specifically around two-player co-op, but the energy sets of both characters are different enough that it feels from swapping between the two in 39, like your missing out. The amount of the amount of challenge and enemies may scale depending on how many folks are currently playing, but not experiencing the tweaks that are two-player take away from the gameplay. Both War and Strife grow and develop enough over the campaign I constantly found myself flittering between both in what is, in many ways, a buddy cop road trip through the very pits of hell. With Darksiders Genesis, which recently came to consoles soon after its stint on PC to get a two-month period, he's jumped in with the support of his team at Airship Syndicate. One would think that the video game might lose some of its, ahem, steam being on one stage only for so long. But, surprise, it's still a hit, and one that fans of Diablo and Darksiders will wish to indulge in.

Ultimately, Darksiders Genesis feels like the next great step for a sequence that has, until now, often struggled a bit to find its own identity. What might have been thought of as lesser-than by moving the camera from behind to above has in no way had this impact, with Genesis still doing an excellent job of allowing you to defeat endless legions of devilish foes as you explore to make your horseman (horsemen, in this case ) better, stronger and more badass. Strife's ranged attacks would have been enough to solidify Genesis as a rollicking twist on the Darksiders format by itself, but the fact that you're able to do so also as War with either in solo or with a buddy in co-op is the cherry on top. That is because it doesn't use the perspective like other game titles. Genesis is top-down, giving players the chance to play as series favorite War or the newcomer, wise-cracking Strife as they attempt to balance the world for the sake of this Council. That is not as easy as anticipated, so as they advance to the story's conclusion, which takes several hours to get to, they will need to travel carving up enemies and solving puzzles.

Possibly Darksiders Genesis is a fun console game to have and you should search for it the next occasion when you are looking to buy cheap ps4 games. Irrespective of if you have played every Darksiders game or this is your first one, Darksiders Genesis is worth playing. Battle and the characters remain fun and exciting to play even after the credits roll. Combat never gets boring and new items you earn along the way always make encounters fresh while some enemies can be bothersome. Amongst the other big titles this spring, launching, Darksiders Genesis is one that should not be missed. While Darksiders Genesis is intended to be a co-op video game; it can also be played solo, with players swapping between War and Strife. Of course, it helped that replaying levels would also give me more spirits to spend to upgrade my characters. The overarching plot is pretty standard fare and functions mostly merely to give the playable pair of characters, War and Strife, reasons to go to a location, kill a massive bad demon, collect a magical trinket, turn off a toxin faucet, etc for the length of its 15-hour effort and persuasive New Game(called Apocalyptic difficulty). Darksiders Genesis despite being short does feature some replayability in each chapter found because of the collectables. The soundtrack used in the video game is great and there's a particular track that plays. Props for getting everything right throughout to the design team.
