Supplement Scams for Weight Loss

Diet pills can be a joke. There aren't any weight loss supplements available that allow you to slim down, Java Burn Bbb fat, or tone the body of yours.

Of late, my #1 client hit me with an email asking, "What do you imagine of a product called _____?" (Name removed to guard the useless!)

At this point _____ is a popular "fat burner", but I wish to tell you, I do not think a lot of it (or perhaps some fat burner item, for that matter).

Nearly every weight burner in the marketplace is a glorified caffeine tablet. And there actually isn't one product or service on the market with a well done, scientific study supporting it's use.

As I told my client, "You understand the tricks, bro: Work which is hard, done consistently, along with proper nutrition. That is all it takes to obtain the body you want" (which he has too, going from 210 along with twenty % body fat to 175 and single digit excess fat, all while arriving at his main fitness level ever).

Back to supplements...I am not confident that there's one particular ingredient out there that will have a major influence on your fat loss. Regardless of whether it is caffeine, calcium, pyruvate, chitosan, forskolin, HCA, or even the beloved Green Tea of mine as well as fish oils, I do not believe you'll drop any fats if you work with these products (although Green tea extract, calcium and fish oils can have a significant effect on much better health).

So it's time to expose another misconception - the myth that a supplement or ingredient is able to help you burn off more calories and fat and help you obtain the body of the dreams of yours. This is just not going to happen.

Buyer beware, I say. Or buyer be prepared, that's even better. Get to know the truth about these products and whether or not they are going to do what they say, or simply burn a hole in your wallet.
